Photographer’s Note
Antelope Island is located in the Great Salt Lake here in Utah. Because we continue in a serious drought, the island has not received adequate moisture to keep the island green.
As we drove along the onlly road on the island, this view captured my imagination. I loved the gold against the blue and white.

Let me be the first to conradulate you on the nice shot. I had just popped up the gallery view on TE and your image popped off the screen. When I saw it was the venerable mhamilton, I was pleased.
The sky is wonderful, the clouds form a very nice shape, and the foreground gives it sense of separation and depth. I amazed there is anything green in there!

Sky and foreground are interesting but I do not like the fact that the horizont tiles the picture into two.
