"Should old acquaintance be forgot, and never brought to mind?
Should old acquaintance be forgot, and old lang syne?
We'll take a cup of kindness yet, for auld lang syne.
And surely you'll buy your pint cup, and surely I'll buy mine.
And we'll take a cup of kindess yet, for auld lang syne.
We two have run about the slopes, and picked the daises fine,
But we've wondered many a weary foot, since auld lang syne.
We two have paddled in the stream from morning to sun till dine,
But seas between us broad havae roared since auld lang syne.
For auld lang syne, by dear,
for auld lang syne."

Brrr... Even well dressed like this, I wouldn't do that ;-)
Good snow to do wings, indeed; you took it very well, the two young people in a photogenic diagonal.
Thanks for sharing,

It is nice to see that kids in Oregon can enjoy such heaps of snow, while here, in Ukraine, we do not see snow at all. Thanks of such a wonderful winter picture and for such a good poetry!

Such an appropriate quote from the ole Rabbie. I've always wanted to do snow-angels. Can't see I'll be fulfilling that dream today here in 30C heat :) Man that snow is deep. Excellent daily life shot, and a wonderful way to goodbye the old year and welcome in the new one. I wish you every happiness in 2011 and I hope it brings you everything you desire.
