Photographer’s Note
I was hoping to get some good sunset photos at the coast. Instead what I saw were thousands of jellyfish, beached by the tide.

I was shooting there this past spring. thins is an angle you don't see much...and it's refreshing to see it. most come from the northern point. great shot and cool jellyfish.

A very well planned frame and point of view that I personally like. Tom

Excellent composition, the jelly and the rocks compliment each other perfectly. I think its a great photo, but it could be improved with a little extra PP.
Because of the angle of the direct sunlight hitting the beach, it really looks as though horizon is tilted a little - cant tell if it actually is, but small cw rotation will help.
Also I think the top 1/3 could be a shade darker, and front 2/3 a shade lighter. These are however only minor points.

Nice composition and interesting visual effect. The jellyfish and the mountain may be different but they harmonized with each other. Great shot!

Nice shot Curtis;
Good composition, and color saturation on the sky, but I do find the shaded area a little too dark. I've done a workshop for some suggestions. I noticed an earlier comment about the horizon... your horizon IS even, it's just deceiving due to the uneven shadows cast along the beach, just before the water.
I look forward to seeing more of your shots!
Cheers,
Dan

Hi Curtis. Good composition with the jellyfish in the front, and the sea at the back. Due to the difference of light, I was wondering if a little fill-in flash on the front would have improved the picture.
