Photographer’s Note
The Newport Bridge, more properly known as the Yaquina Bay Bridge, connects Highway 101 midway down the coast of Oregon. Newport is a popular destination for visitors who enjoy trekking on unspoiled beaches, exploring lighthouses, viewing waterfoul, crabbing, fishing, and boating. The weather is often misty, but when the sun shines, it is a magnificant place to be. Bring a camera!
