Photographer’s Note
I was just drawn to the shapes of the tennis court gates I think. This was taken at the same park my prevous post of the 'snow ball in the field'.
The snow was mostly melted off of the tennis courts but some ice and snow patches remained. As mentioned in my previous post the snow that was left a few days prior to this shoot was to first school closure due to snow in about 9 years in Medford. Thanks for viewing.

Hello fellow Oregonian!
Wasnt the snow something?? sheesh! I do like your view of these tennis courts, the way the gates are opened. Certainly the sky shows the drearyness of everything after the brilliant snow melts! Take care, and maybe I'll see you around, photo-ing for TE!

Interesting abstract this Shane, although I feel that a little extra cropping would benefit this photo - maybe a little off the left (to remove the trees) and a little on the right (to remove the green court). I do love the deep red colour in the foreground though!

Hi Shane,
I really love your photos. They are highly stylised, and show an appreciation of how to approach a subject carefully in order to obtain the best results.
In this case, you've got what is in many respects a very normal scene... but by framing it accurately and bringing out the special geometric aspects that it presents, you've shown it to be quite extraordinary. Great stuff, in short.
