Photographer’s Note
This photo was taken at the Lane County Fair in Eugene Oregon Last August. The swing the boy (and I) are on takes you about 2 stories up in the air and you feel like you are flying like Peter Pan. This is the first time I had used my camera and was very impressed on how great it was considering I was flying in the swing next to the boy. I really loved the smile on his face. I think his face mirrored my own. I think the lesson here is to keep taking the photos even if you are in a precarious situation and not to worry about firm ground and a tripod. I love my digital camera because of this reason. I am not afraid to "waste" film anymore. I can take chances and most of the time....they turn out the way I saw them.

Good action photo which could well be added to Trek Lens as well. The face says it all here. Well done.

A wonderful capture and i am amazed how well and sharp it turned out. the kid has a great face. I particularly like the shadows on the platform and motion transmitted here. I could do without the ride operators legs which seem to be hanging from the boys seat. Nice shot.
