Photographer’s Note
Well... I took this photo on the occasion of the "homecoming of Joe Hudson". He was one of the soldiers captured in Irak together with Jessica Lynch this year. Alamogordo organised a big homecoming parade for him and a lot of people were on the streets.

This photograph just typifies America for me.
Obviously the hydrant(we don't have them over here, the pride in the flag (something else we don't have to much of).
and the sartorial elegance of the main slightly portly subject makes for a great shot.
Sorry I'm all out of points.
