Arriving Sin City of Las Vegas from San Francisco. See how 'hot and dry' this area, the colour of the desert atmosphere does the opposite from where we just came from. The Las Vegas strip looks dull and deserted but wait and see how the entire city comes alive after dusk. Here you can see our altitude is quite high, after the next turn the plane descends more. We had to turn around west for our final approach at McCarran International Airport.
