This picture is part of a session of pictures from the playground where my son goes.
The center inside the tunnel was desaturated to accent the yellow design and the shadow on the right.

I like the desaturation that you have done on thepicture. As you said, it accents the yellow design very well. I am not sure if the shadow helps the composition in this case. I find it a litel bit distracting. I would also like to see the center of hte tunnel and the boy placed a bit more to the upper corner. The design would then give the impression of a sun and the and teh boy would be in teh midle. Just an idea. I like this picture and i find it very creative.

I like the yellow too, but since I love children so much, I always want them to be in color too - so much life. I like your composition though, making him the center of the star (or sun)! Cute expression caught too.
