Monsoon season dumped almost 2 inches of rain on Sunday on the forest area on Mt. Charleston that was burn by wildfires in July. The heavy rain caused some minor flooding in the Las Vegas valley, fortunately no injuries or death was reported.

Although these clouds do not indicate anything good, they still look beautiful and have something unique in itself.
Nicely composed and framed scene.

Eye catching thick dramatic clouds surrounding the Stratosphere Tower, one of my favorite Vegas landmarks especially from the top.
We could have used some monsoon rain on the Yosemite "Rim Fire" which continues to devastate.

haha...awesome shot of Stratasphere.
Don't think i've seen it from this pov before.
and of course the large cloud formations look amazing.
floods, fires - I guess if anything its best that the fires came first, then the rains came after.

Hello Eleu ,
I like a lot this kind of hige cloudy formations . Interesting composition , here , with the tower , and the framing by the branches out of focus .

it is difficult to display clouds in an appropriate and realistic manner, but you did. Nice frame of leaves, and the tower leaves questions concerning it's purpose.

Wildfires and after many rain, a paradoxal situation Eleu, all that water serves to vegetation renewal, heavy clouds and that tower, a nice composition
Good daily life picture, regards
