LANDING IN VEGAS !

LAS VEGAS grew up in the middle of nowhere, in desertland! Today, it's a big city, but nowhere is too far away from the desert! Fortunately, its desert surroundings are very interesting and beautiful!

Just like in my previous post, I was at the top of the EIFFEL TOWER and took this picture looking eastward, as one United Airlines (I think) was landing in McCarran International Airport which is located right in the middle of the city, very close to the STRIP (Las Vegas Boulevard)!

Hello Neyvan,
I like this view because it doesn't show only the city but also the surrounding desert. I always heard that Vegas is in the middle of the desert and here I can see it.
Very remarkable is that there is so much green in the city. It looks like an oasis.
That famous 'Strip', is it that big avenue we can see on this picture ?

A wonderful panoramic image about these area.
I want giving a tip, these light brown cadre suits not at these nice picture.
