A very unusual shot of the state I was born in, Nevada. It is such a great place and you captured it well.

This is simply awsome. The 3D effect is so strong here.At my first look I thing it is a painting. The perspective is so strong and the choice of b&W knocks well.

Wonderfull capture ! This picture shows once again that b&w material is still the best one for landscapes.
İt reminded me to the works of great master Ansel Adams.

B&W is an interesting choice here, Morris. It really focus the attention much more on the forms and contrasts rather than the colors that are quite rich in this place. I know the place fairly well and I wonder about your POV.
I like the grain a lot, although I don't know if that was on purpose or a side effect of the processing.
Small detail. The Death Valley is in California and not in Nevada :-)
