Nice shot! You're choice of high-contrast B&W works well here, and I really like the stark difference between the trees and the sky. Not quite so certain about the foreground - the racing water adds interest, but it's somewhat grey and the branches/twigs are a bit fussy IMO. Still, I like it :-D
