Hello, very nice framing in a vertical format by using the tall tree on the right which seems to be reaching so high up in the sky. You captured several lovely shafts of light on the hills on the left which really spices up the image. Beautifully done.

This scenery is wonderful and you have portrayed it beautifully. With rays of light across the mountains and water adds extra interest.I love the criss-cross fence in the f/ground.Format suits the scene well.

a tantalising shot of this glorious Montana scenery. Really like your composition and management of the light that seems to lighten up the valley so invitingly. Glorious colours and beautifully detailed. A perfect glimpse of the great outdoors.
Regards - Brian.

This is a very nice combination of a lush green foreground, impressive mountains and threatingly dark clouds. The light and colours are very good and the tall tree gives the composition a fine vertical accent, suiting the shape of the photo very well.

An absolutely wonderful framing of lovely nature. Great distinction between FG, BG and the middle. The little fence adds a lot. BUT, I would like to see it with less post processing. It lacks, to me, a natural look.

Wow! Makes me regret not getting to Montana when I was in Colorado in November 2008, but it just gets too darned cold at that time of year. NOW would be the time to go before the snow starts. A spectacular alpine backdrop of the impressive Rocky Mountains. Tfs!

Nice capture, the composition is very well balanced
I like the framing and the mood of this landscape.
Nevertheless, there is a bit much of sharpness and the blue tones of the montain are very strange near the tree to my mind...

Once back from my vacation at the beach, I'm active again in these pages.
The beauty of nature, capturing your images, are always a treat, here we see this big tree in the foreground, seems to defy, the grandeur of the breathtaking mountains in the background, with these wonderful and very rugged slopes.
Very nice range of colors.
Superb brightness and sharpness.
I wish you a good day.

Most impressive composition here, you've really captured the embodiment of natures beauty and pleasing landscape on all fronts...the only thing missing is a lake, river, or falls! :) Big Sky country got a little less "open" with this majestic and rugged mountain peak stretching upwards into the moody and threatening sky. A wonderful summers atmosphere to behold with vibrant greens all along the foreground. This feels like the epitome of a Bob Ross painting, simply irresistible! Great placement of the fence along the bottom of the frame, a smart starting point. Have a great day ahead.
Warm regards from Az.,

I was in Montana few days ago. I took a tour trying to visit this area but I lost my time and money because the tour was a trap. Can you imagine someone visiting Mammoth springs in the darkness ? anyway I saw some beautiful places during some time.
very beautiful this landscape with the shapes of the pine tree well positioned in the compo and the peak and its snow. TFS.
