The view from Bald mountain.

Bald Mountain is a ski mountain located in Sun Valley, Idaho, USA. It is the main ski area of the Sun Valley resort. It is 3400 feet (1036 m) vertically from top to bottom. There are 19 ski lifts (7 Quads, 4 Triples, 5 Doubles, 3 Surface), and an uphill capacity of 26,780 people (per skier, Sun Valley has more uphill capacity than any other ski area). It has 75 runs with 2054 acres (8.31 kmē) of on piste skiing, 645 acres (2.61 kmē) of which have artificial snow. Bald Mountain has a top elevation of 9,150 feet above sea level and a base elevation of 5,750 feet above sea level.
