Photographer’s Note
Went to North Idaho for a short vacation. Caught a cold on the plane and was sick all week, as if that wasn't bad enough, it was my birthday too. I ventured out of the house twice to use my camera. I managed to bring my cold to California yesterday.
About the photograph...
This is the entrance to Woods Meats where they slaughter, package and sell their own meat. The steaks were very good.
This is not a good photograph but I thought it was funny, I would never see anything like this were I live. I cropped and cloned out some annoying little things. Used auto contrast, levels. This place is about an hour or so south of Canada, it's a minutes outside of Sandpoint but I don't know the name of the city.

This remind of a picture I took in greece 6 years ago - may be I post it some day.
I think you captured this place very well and the moving car add some dynamic to the shot - Good work Christina.

Well, you managed to maintain your sense of humour, even with a bad cold! *G*
This is a rather funny shot, especially with the ribs of the carcasses echoed in the stripes on the vehicle in the background. This is also not something we'll see in SA, mostly because it doesn't get that cold here.

Olá Cristina
Não é uma boa visão para vegetarianos :-)
mas está interessante para mostrar algo do Idaho, que não é habitual noutros locais..
