| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hāna is a census-designated place in Maui. The population was 709 at the 2000 census. Hāna is located at the eastern end of the island of Maui and is one of the most isolated towns in the state. It is reached mainly via the Hāna Highway, a long, winding, 52 mile long highway along Maui's northern shore.
There are approximately 620 curves along Highway 360 from just east of Kahului to Hana, virtually all of it through lush, tropical rainforest. Many of the concrete and steel bridges date back to 1910 and all but one are still in use. |

Hola Christian,
Sabes, pienso que la imagen esta un poco desnivelada hacia la izquierda. Me gusta mucho si pues los colores se ven bien bonitos. Es una escena natural que me atrae mucho. Talvez porque he estado tan lejos del mar por mucho tiempo. Gracias :-)

Christian,
quite an atypical image for the Hawaiian landscape. You're the only person at TE that got so far in the rmote parts, all the others got to the close touristic places. I like the boulders a lot that seems to be quite of volcanic origin - as anything in Hawaii. Greatcontrast in colors between the red, green and blues. You might consider in correcting the slight tilt to the left.
