Strolling along Waikiki Beach in the late afternoon, we saw the rays of the sun filtering down from behind this cloud. It was an irresistable photographic moment. I cropped out a small bit of palm fronds on the upper right side.
Please enjoy my photo.

Using monochrome enhances the Rays refracted through the cloud layers, and your positioning with humans in foreground adds dimension.

Don't you just love these kinds of spontaneous moments... they come and go fast, good job capturing this one. I love the silhouettes, they add a nice touch of daily life around the beach. Other than the horizon being off center this is a striking image and the choice of black & white is a nice touch. Well done!
