Overview picture of Downtown Vail, along the river that cross the city. On the background you can see one of the many hotels that are available on this resort. I hope you like this one more shot of the river that keep flowing despite the coldness around.

A well composed shot of this winter landscape. The POV is ideal, with the spacious foreground of snow and the gurgling brook flowing. The snow on the trees further enhances and the image is crisp and clear. Well seen and captured, Ricardo.

Olá Ricardo,

I like very much both the composition and the almost B&W feel of this winterscape.

The POV helps in adding interest to the image, with the river leading the eye into the background. and of course... Vail is beautiful!

Another excellent winter shot; I thought it was B&W until I saw the flags. Your composition is perfect with the river as lead-in, diagonally right from the corner.

Ricardo nice details with your S2IS. The setting is very wintery and I love the snow with the river cutting through. Good exposure and a real nice setting. PS.. all you need is a little tilt to the right!

Hi Ricardo, Without the flags, I would almost believe this is a B&W photo. A good catch of the V shaped valley along the river. I like the composition of the river leading from the corner to the bridge, where our central focus is. Nice contrast and sharpness. Well done.

Bella composición de este paisaje hivernal. La imagen nos transmite la sensación de frío, con ese cielo que se confunde con la nieve.
La foto tiene muy buen detalle, colores bien saturados y un magnífico encuadre.

A beautifully composed shot with all the lines converging towards your focus of interest. There is very good clarity and the lighting is well managed despite all the glares of the white snow. The coloured flags are good contrast and provided some excitement to the scene. Well done!! All the best.

a bit of color from the flags is a great idea. nice composition and excellent dof in this snowy condition. even though the sky is not very helpful with color here, you've maintained good color scheme.

The qualiy is so god that I recognize this is a "wet" snow with this weather.

I marvelled at the beauty in B&W, till I saw the flags..they add a tinge of colour all right. But your image is so nice, serene and crystal clear, that I can't take my eyes off for a few minutes

Hello Ricardo, this is another good winter scene with its lack of colour giving a very cold feeling to the image. The composition is good with the stream leading the eye to the buildings which are framed between the trees.
