Photographer’s Note
Mile High City. Denver, Colorado.
"This is nothing. I'm from Chicago!", exclaimed a lady we met; but to a couple from Mid Wales who regarded a four storey building as something of a curiosity, there did seem to be an awful a lot of huge skyscrapers. We had read that Denver was the "mile high city" and, in our ignorance, we thought this was a reference to the buildings. Only later did we discover that this referred to its geographical location, sitting as it does on the edge of the great plains at a height of 5,280 feet above sea level.
This shot was taken by a bemused tourist on his first outing with a wide angle lens!

Colin-
Nice photo of my home town. Yo have captured our beautiful blue skies well. I bet the lady from Chicago doesn't see many of those!!!
It is also a good use of the wide angle. The starburst is a nice touch.

Hi Colin, This really is one excellent photo, with the point of light hitting the corners of both buildings at once, lovely timing & positioning, the vertical framing is perfect & you have composed the shot superbly well, TFS, kind regards Wilson.
