While staying in downtown Denver we wandered up and down 16th Street. This is traffic-free apart from free mall buses that run up and down its length (1.25 miles). There are plenty of interesting activities, street furniture, shops and restaurants - a great place for people-watching. The light was fading so I used iso 800 which has made the image a little grainy.
I loved the spirit of this old lady - long may she remain 21!

une photo surprenante, un certain style, une certaine audace.

good scene of daily life in Denver.
With the cold of winter and the colors of the dress of the lady.
Well found the title of "Forever 21"
Well done the focus on the lady.

This is a great humourous catch of a very colorful and stylish lady surely at her 21 on her mind. Cleverly associated with the print on the bag. I like it. Thanks for sharing. Best wishes,

I like her half hidden stockings which colors are in accordance with her hat. The snow have been removed on the street, but it is still cold, so she wears a big green scarf. Fashion victim, you think?

This is delicious! And what a decisive moment!
Great composition, especially as this picture has been taken "off the cuff" and quickly, lovely bright colours and excellent detail and sharpness. I shouldn't worry too much about the grain or noise because it's not really that noticeable and it could easily be removed (if you shot this in RAW) in ACR without very much, if any, in the way of loss of sharpness.

Watching photos in Te made me felt a bit of the cold of the other part of the world
Great winter street capture, must be quite frozen since she wears knitted hat, scarf and so colored stockings along with heavy shoes
In a way she is dressed like a girl
Congrats and tfs

It's colorful shot of the bag woman. She does exude a confident spirit. (But be careful of the "21!" which, as a factorial equals, 5.2 followed by 19 digits.)
Have an enjoyable Sunday. Are you back in the UK now, or still in the US?

This passing woman provided both colours and the title. A very good street view snapshot!

A well observed scene in the street, a little amusing and a little melancholy at the same time. Doubtless also quite colourful.

Good exposure to a very good resolution. A great record. If the rear foot heel this MS put more older slightly above was better to point definitively recorded previously.

A very interresting street life scene full of details and colors. I like the different colors of her clothes, her bag and the other colors we can find on the background. The grey pavement gives a nice contrast.

an excellent capture here. You had a good eye to create this funny and allegoric composition, with this woman who remains in the 21!!
The image is very sharp and very dynamic, with an effective work of the field depth.
A very well seen and very well executed photo.
PS: thank you very much for your kind words on the birth of my grandson.
