Photographer’s Note
This cow is on display at The American Center for Wine Food and the Arts (COPIA) in Napa, California. She has a very attractive attire, beads, sequins, stones, glazed paint, flat paint, and flower designs that will put Carmen Miranda to shame. It is like she is the star of the show the way people flock to her and stay awhile.
COPIA is located in California's Wine Country on the banks of the Napa River, Napa's newest downtown attraction extends the definition of museum to new dimensions. COPIA's classes, demonstrations, exhibitions and performances integrate the arts with the pleasures of food and wine. With unique exhibitions, tasty delicacies, stunning vistas and a world of discoveries for visitors of all ages, COPIA offers something to excite every palate, whether you are a home cook or a professional chef, a wine newcomer or a sophisticated gourmet, a backyard dabbler or a master gardener.
