"Good luck and Good work for the happy mountain raindrops, each one of them a high waterfall in itself, descending from the cliffs and hollows of the clouds to the cliffs and hollows of the rocks, out of the sky-thunder into the thunder of the falling rivers."
--- JOHN MUIR
In this view the upper portion of Yosemite Falls, the highest waterfall in North America.

A photo comment I appreciate Ray, a big amount of water is falling from that waterfall of Yosemite
Good framing and excellent picture

Love the sense of power in the rushing water, and the tones of the rocks alongside it. beautiful framing of the lower part of the scecne using teh strong tone of the rocks like this. I still havent got back to my own local waterfall, but when I see this it makes me remember why I want to!
All the best

Hello Ray, A Grand View of the Grandest of them all. I have to get back down there in spring when the waters run free and sleep is deprived from the roar in the canyon.
Excellent view of the force of the waterfall...

The fast shutter speed has captured all the might and beauty of the waterfall. Nice and sharp, with good exposure. Nice details in the granite walls too.

Interesting framing! A pleasant photo concentrating on the spray of the falls. Good DOF, too.
