On each of my four trips to the Channel Islands, dolphins enhanced the journey. The first time, shortly after leaving Oxnard Harbor, several dolphins surfed our boat's wake. This time, my 4th trip, the image reveals a pod of dolphins feeding on a large school of sardines. It was a delight to seem them feed and frolic, at times jumping out of the water, probably happy to have an abundant dinner.

Fabulous moment to see, Ray, the Dolphins known to be playing alongside boats and "dancing" over water.
I believe the noise from the spectators was no less "frolic", a new word in English added now to my vocabulary.
Cherrs, have a nice weekend,

I love these playful creatures, the wates of Ireland are full of them too and a friend of mine showed me some pictures of ones that followed his about, amazing how much they seem to like people. This is a very nice capture of so many of them breaking the surface at the same time, normally I see just a couple, not a whole pod like this.

You were lucky to have all of them at the same time in full action.
Very nice capture.
TFS and have a nice weekend

hi ray, so many dolphins playing around. I would be delighted to see such a view. I saw dolphins but only in a show. Better to see them in nature. And even better to swim with them. Fabulous moments. Lovely creatures.

what a beautiful and joyful sight, I've never seen more that two dolphins following the boat I travel on. I like very much this spontaneous capture, the textures and the movement are so natural and attractive. I like how you left out the sky or any other reference and the frame is full of movement and interest. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great day,

What an uncommon spectacle of nature Ray, dolphins should be protected, they are often victims of nets placed to capture fish species, all the best, regards
