Photographer’s Note
Here is a dock at Lower Echo Lake in Lake Tahoe's Desolation Wilderness. We took a water taxi to a trailhead that would lead us on a seven-mile hike to Lake Aloha. The mountains around Lake Tahoe are gorgeous, with pine trees and many lakes and glacier-carved mountains. More photos to come!
