Photographer’s Note
This photo was taken at Emerald Bay, Lake Tahoe. The snow was very deep and icy at the time, so the angle I could take the shot at was extremely limited. I kept some of the trees in the foregournd to add perspective; without it, I wouldn't have achieved the depth that I wanted.
This is a re-post. I sharpened the contrast a bit. I think this is a little better.
