Photographer’s Note
As I was taking pictures of surfers, I notice this person kneeling right next to edge. He is local in Santa Cruz. I see him there from time to time. Looking at this picture, I wonder what he was thinking. Is it the right time to come into the water? Should I wait for the tide to recede a little bit more? He seems to patient in contrast to the background.
