Photographer’s Note
Between the month of November through April, the storms from the Pacific Northwest travel to the coast of California. In a few places such as Maverick and Santa Cruz, huge surfs come to shore. The power of these waves is unimaginable.

I love the way you were able to catch the light though the wave, and the intense color change from the ddep blue ocean behind the wave to the crisp white crest. Great Shot.
