Rosted chicken with a smile for dinner! Photo

Photographer’s Note

San Rafael has a strong latino atmosphere, all sorts of South and Central America restaurants in the area. After our day in San Francisco we went there to have something to eat, there was a street fair going on. All kinds of sellers on the streets and some livelly music going on. The smell of this seller caught my attention, a delicious rosted chicken was being prepared. Judging by the number of people waiting to buy the treat, the chicken must be really good! But besides the chicken something else caught my attention, the cute baby on his fathers arms. They were waiting in line for their dinner and the kid seemmed to be happy with this boring task... maybe he knew that something really good would come out of it...

Hello Flavia,

Indeed California has a large Latino population. This image is very cute because of the little face looking back. I think he looks happy but also chilly as the blacket indicate. I wish the image is a bit clearer but it works fine this way. Thanks Flavia :-)

Hmmmmmm … J’imagine la bonne odeur !
J’aime également l’expression de cet enfant dans cette scène,
Finalement, il y a beaucoup d’informations dans cette image de la vie quotidienne,
On y voit par exemple un bout d’affiche « Missing » …

Não sabia que frango de padaria se chamava rosted chicken em ingles...Bonita cena, a primeiro momento achei estar de frente a uma padaria aqui no rio, mas depois vi que era na California. A face risinhona da criança ficou bonita na composição.

Hola amiga, me gusta mucho le luz de esta foto, es una imagen de cualquier día en la vida en San Rafael el ambiente esta muy bien captado y sobre todo la sonrisa del niño que ilumina toda la composición.
