Hi Michel -- This is a very nice first contribution. It's always nice to see well-known landmarks from different perspectives, and adding a human presence helps to give some scale to the bridge. You could make this shot even nicer by increasing the contrast in Photoshop or a similar program.
Also, it helps to add a note to your photos. Welcome to TE.

Welcome to TE Michel. An impressive first posting. The colours and lighting are terrific and it's nice to see a totally different view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Very nice composition with the eye being led to the bridge by the hills to the left and the shoreline on the right.
There seems to be a very slight slope on the water. Although the light and detail on the post in the bottom right is superb I feel it does draw the eye too much and detracts a little from the main part of the composition.
It is just too strong an element to be ignored.
A very striking image all the same.

It's nice to see a different view of the bridge. Most are from the hills adjacent to the bridge, as are my own. I like the way you've included the elements such as the post adn the people. I think mimi is right about the contrast, but still a very nice image and an excellent first posting.
Welcome to TE

Nice shot, perhaps needs a little sharpening. I know the Bay fairly well, what's the name of this beach? Notes are always nice.

Very nice perspective. The driftwood adds a sense of depth to the picture. Congratulations ... and welcome to the Site ...

Welcome on TE, Michel! this first picture is wonderful... I have been in SF but not on this beach. This picture is very well framed with nice colors. Well done!

The Golden Gate from Baker Beach. The clouds are very pretty, and the detail on the bridge wires is wonderful. I like the detail on the wooden pole but it demands too much attention, so I think a shorter pole with be better. I detect a very slight vertical line about an inch from the left was this 2 photos stitched? Good to see the bridge from this side.

Golden Gate Bridge and its area is aplce that I want to see in my lifetime. This is a very nice photo, I like it. It is silent and shows the bridge and the surroundings in full. Thanks...
