The Pacific Ocean
---------------------------------------------------
is the largest of the Earth's oceanic divisions. Its name is derived from the Latin name Mare Pacificum, "peaceful sea", bestowed upon it by the Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan. It extends from the Arctic in the north to Antarctica in the south, bounded by Asia and Australia in the west, and the Americas in the east. At 169.2 million square kilometres (65.3 million square miles) in area, this largest division of the World Ocean – and, in turn, the hydrosphere – covers about 46% of the Earth's water surface and about 32% of its total surface area, making it larger than all of the Earth's land area combined.The equator subdivides it into the North Pacific Ocean and South Pacific Ocean. The Mariana Trench in the western North Pacific is the deepest point in the Pacific and in the world, reaching a depth of 10,911 metres.

I like this shot...ocean with bad weather....so a moody atmosphere...a man on his own walking with his dog....
the reflection makes the compo more precious...I like this capture

un sujet peu convaincant mais j'aime le cadrage astucieux qui laisse apparaitre des traces de pas.
Peu de profondeur, un peu d'intimité, je ne suis pas des plus convaincus.

lrien de tel pour la santé que se promener au bord de la mer, l'air est sain, très belle iamge dec ce personnage avec son chiern, j'aime bien les ombre de ces jambes dur l'eau et le sable, superbe.

Excellent capture of visitors at just perfect positions, even the seagull. I liked powerful, white foamed weaves with splendid effect of wet sand banks and their half reflections. Skillful and wonderful one, congratulations.

Olá Burak, you cross the world a lot in your work and that's great ;-) This is a wonderful capture. The silhouettes are perfect, the timming was right and the reflections on the wet sand are a very good bonus. Nice to see a red hat too, and the bird trying to enter in the waves.

Surely that is a beautiful image, with a known composition. The timing was very appropriate to capture this passerby walking his dog, and even more, as the seagull waiting the arrival of the waves.

Hello Burak,

The composition speaks of elegant simplicity!
The scene consists of a few elements nicely put together and is captured in the right moment...
The only improvement I can think of is if the two of them were closer to the sea resulting in full reflection, hehehe!

Hi Burak!
This is a dream photo! How relaxing to walk along the beach for a good breath of fresh air!
I like the little size of the three characters compared to the immensity of the ocean! And yet, you can only see a tiny part of it! I just wish the dog was off the leash!
The Pacific Ocean! Only last night, I was reading about the "Great Pacific Garbage Patch". I had read about it before , but wasn't too sure whether it was true or not! Alas! It's only too real, and it's about time humans started realising that we must stop using all that plastic, or at least recycle it rather than throw it anywhere!
Thank you for sharing this beautiful photo, and let's hope that it will remain possible to enjoy such views in the future!

I like the simplicity of this shot Burak - the composition works well and man and dog are well-placed.
It looks damp and cold - more like a British beach than sunny California!
It's a bit of a shame they weren't closer to the waves so you could have included their full reflections, but a nice shot nonetheless.
