Photographer's Note

Back to the daylight scenes and posting a series of the downtown San Diego.
The Embarcadero is one of the most attractive areas in this fine city located in the southwest part of the city, facing the Coronado bridge and island and the magnificent Pacific Ocean sunsets.
Beautiful marinas and parks, nice ocean sceneries, great modern buildings and a very active life filled with all kind of sports and outdoor activities.
In this picture you see the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel and the surroundings.
There are several walking pathways and spots for fishing, BBQing and relaxing.
To the extend of the ocean pathway is found the very popular and touristic spot of Seaport Village.

Good shot of this small harbour, well-framed boat, with excellent reflections in water, a good combination between color and light.

Ελένη γεια σου,
ο ευρυγώνιος έκανε το θαύμα του και έτσι μπορούμε να δούμε την πανοραμική πλευρά του κομματιού αυτού του San Diego Embarcadero.Πολύ ζωντανά τα χρώματα όπως και το φως της φωτογραφίας.

Great skyline pic. of San-Diego, a marina view.
One reason I try pictures with a 16:9 aspect ratio, and since my camera is not with a changable lense - is to avoid the distortion on wide area photos of buildings. Not a great disturbance - but wanted to share my thoughts about.
Super light nad clarity on image.

tramite le tue foto sto imparando a conoscere la città di San Diego, che fino ad oggi per me era solo un puntinmo su una carte geografica degli USA.
Dopo averci presentati i suoi affascinanti tramonti sull'oceano Pacifico, ora sei ritornata ad una visione diurna che ci aiuta a conoscere la città ed i suoi innumerevoli grattacieli.
Un'altra delle tue belle foto che documentano molto bene questo particolare angolo della California.
Ti aspetto alla prossima.

A very pleasant and attractive harbour picture. Nice hotel here, from where I understand you took an earlier photo. It looks very summerlike in California. We also had a warm day yesterday in Texas, but today is a bit cloudy.

μου αρέσει πάρα πολύ η εκπληκτική καθαρότητα και ο δυναμισμός αυτής της εικόνας. Η σύνθεση είναι πολύ ενδιαφέρουσα, γεμάτη νεύρο και λεπτομέρειες, το βάθος είναι θαυμάσιο και έχεις αξιοποιήσει το χώρο του κάδρου πολύ αποτελεσματικά.
