Photographer’s Note
These three kids appear to be enjoying themselves, especially the girl in the middle who was skipping along the road. It was only when I looked closer that the reality of this situation dawned on me. First, I'm quite certain these three youngsters are all from the same family. Secondly, the oldest of the trio, the taller boy in the back has a fistful of greenbacks in his hand.
For those who don't know, greenbacks are American currency, the name taken from the green back of each bill. Now I have no idea what the denomination of those bills might be, but my creative mind tells me there is just enough to pay for three gelatos from the shop just down the street. Makes sense, don't you think? Mom gives big brother the money and sister is already dancing for joy over the cup of luscious gelato about to be placed in her hand. The thought makes even me hungry, though where I live it is 11:15 p.m. and it isn't gelato I need, but a good night sleep. But for all my friends in Europe there is plenty of time to indulge yourselves before the new day is over. Enjoy!

Yes, they are certainly looking forward to something, the fisrt boy also has a strange way of walking, a very swinging pace. The scene of Monty Ptyhon comes to my mind. I guess they all are from the Ministry of silly walks. Nice scene/nicely seen.
I won't go for a gelato, if you don't mind, it's a dull grey day here.
Sleep well and enjoy your weekend.
