Old Sacramento, California - was the 1848 Gold Rush capitol, at the confluence of the American and Sacramento Rivers.
Every St. Pat's day, Old Sac has a parade celebrating anything and everything Irish. In this case, the Aussies showed up in a WW II truck with a mounted machine gun. Fortunately they were looking the other way when they passed me by, me being one fourth Deutsch.
