This is a great fireworks photo! The timing is just right, though I do think it would look a bit better if the buildings were more sharp. Hard to do in low-light though.

cool capture, good detail. i suggest that you should boost the contrast and reduce brightness though. the grey haze takes something away from the quality of the shot. also, how did you use an apeture of f/2.6 with the lens that you used? cheers,

Festival and decisive moment too, you picked that "bunch" at its bloomiest. Well done, and it's good the city was aflame with other fireworks, for a complete compo. You guys are lucky down there, you don't have fog!

Great 4th of July photo! Your timing was perfect. I live in a small town with a small fireworks show, so seeing these huge fireworks in your picture makes me jealous! :)
