Photographer’s Note
T-max 400 film was used to capture this boarding school head chef. Burning was used to add more detail to the upper right window, while dodging was used to reveal more of the pinstripes on the chef's pants. I was under the false impression that he would become less tense over the half hour period i spent in the kitchen area. I assume now that his work kept him quite stressed throughout the entire day... at least i know i would be if i had to feed 250+ high school students!
