Photographer’s Note

California's great wine region is created by irrigating the desert. But a surprising natural green area is along this stream. Can't remember exactly where it was, but the colours are real. I just had to shoot it.

a really nice composition which, being without the horizon, gives the shot the feel of an abstract painting.

Hi,
I spent couple of years in California but never went to Wine Country, which I regret now.
Well I do regret leaving California in the first place, and pictures are making it even worse :) because I see again how beautiful this place is and how rich in a variety of landscapes.

this is a fantastic composition with amazing colors.
