Photographer’s Note

This is a shot inside the Robert Mondavi wine cellar in Napa Valley. These are the 2001 finished wines aging in their barrels. It is part of the tour along with the vineyard, the fermentation room, and a wine tasting sampler.

I liked the symmetry, the colors and the lighting -- they seemed elegant.

Hi JC;

The composition is superb as is the exposure... but with the slow shutter speed and being hand held- there's quite a bit of blur. Shame because otherwise it would be a great shot.

Dear JC,
Your shot remembers me my visit there. What impress me the most was the clearness of the site.
Great comoposition. As Dan mentions, you should have used a tripod!
