It rarely snows much on Mission Peak (767m) in California. This time, I hiked up the peak to take some photographs. Sadly, it was still snowing, and although I didnt get any views of the bay area, the peak was looking cold and desolate.
I took this on the trail between Mission peak and Monument peak, with Mission in view.
I'm not too sure about the vignetting I applied in PP.

Is this peak around "Radiation Hill?" In any event, it represents a pleasant stroll down memory lane. I like the B&W rendition, and the visibility of the the flatlands far below. I hope your studies in physics and mathematics are proceeding well. (I am currently writing a book called "The Miracle Year" for National Geographic Books. It is about the Plague Year (1665-'66) when Isaac Newton spent a splendid 18 months of isolation at Woolsthorpe Manor, with Cambridge having gone into hibernation.
