Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken about 10 minutes before the sun went down the Sierra Nevada Range. The long waiting for the best moment rewarded me with good contrast and colors. From the high point where I stood and with the help of the low angle lighting from left which minimized the light reflection, I was able to capture the interesting detail of the lake bottom and some ripples on the lake surface.
