It was a funny scene but it does make sense. The people are bathing in a part of the river where there are underground hot springs. Just upstream are natural trout which stay in the cooler pools. It's all catch and release . . for people and trout.

As long as it's not Put and Take as many swimmers as you like. Funny photo well composed.

I agree with tournesol, it would have been nice to hide the woman somehow. Otherwise interesting funny shot.
