View from the Gazebo Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is the view to the right when standing in the cliff top gazebo in Laguna Beach. It's a great surfing spot (when the waves are right). If you are lucky when looking out from the cliff top you will also see pods of dolphins! Laguna Beach is a great spot for dolphin and whale spotting.

I've included in the workshop the gazebo. Enjoy!

aha, so this is one of the reasons they say california is beautiful ... now i get it!
well seen, leilani - good pov and colors ... maybe you could have cropped a bit from the sky? ... not sure though - just an idea .. .anyhow, beautiful image of a beautiful place!

Beautiful vista. Colors and POV are excellent. Many years ago I toured the coast from San Diego to Santa Cruz and know how beautiful the California coast can be...But the water is sooooo cold. Well done, TFS...

Hi Leilani,
It's a very pretty capture of that scenic coast. You did a wonderful compo with the curve of the beach and that palm tree on the right. Those man on the corner give scale and a touch of life.

Very good POV and composition. I like the waves and the palm tree very much. A different time of day might have given you warmer colours. Good work!
