Hello,
What a beautiful sunset ! I guess you've spent a very nice moment watching it !
I find the compo very interesting with first the rock, the pier, and finally the horizon with the Sun (at a good position, for me).

But I think the rock are too dark : they create a big dark body on the bottom left corner.. maybe, you shoud try and modify the tones (with curves or levels under Photoshop or other) in order to see details.
and, there is another point : your file doesn't have a RGB description (sRGB, Adobe RGB or ProPhotoRGB). it's useful to avoid different display on different computers.
