Photographer’s Note

One more negative scan from Joshua Tree National Park.
The reason why this park is definitely worth of visiting is same as for visiting California in general, same why the movie industry settled well in Hollywood: the amazing VARIETY of the landscape. Everybody can find here something interesting. This particular shot shows again the "rocky aspect" of the park. Whoever would like to learn climbing and wants to do it in a beautiful surrounding will get excited here.
Unfortunately I do not remember where exactly is this particular spot, but there are plenty of similar ones across the whole park.

Czesc Mariusz,
No i sie doczekalem tych bajkowych widoczkow. Takie cuda natury to raczej w kilku slowach komentarza sie nie opisze. Przepiekne!
Odnosnie skanu- mi sie ta wersja podoba. Nie widac zadnych rysek czy cos w tym stylu. Lekkie ziarno na niebie mi nie przeszkadza, bo to problem raczej dla szumofobow.
Bardzo ladna praca.

bardzo ciekawe skaly, w Polsce takich widokow nie zazna...
Do tego kolory jak z marsa , czy sa naturalnie uzyskane ??
Podoba mi sie to miejsce, moze kiedys bedzie mi dane je obejrzec na zywo...

A beautiful collection of boulders. Never been to this park - but I can see its appeal.

Hi Mariusz,

Yeah it look like a beautiful natural park to visit. The rock formations are very interesting. I think you managed exposure well to give this composition good colours under what seem bright sunlight. Nice work and keep showing more pictures of this place :-)

Hi Mariusz,

Another superb shot from this park - and another one that makes me want to go there even more! I might have to check if I can fit it into my plans for the next trip. Those boulders are pretty unique, I don't think I've seen something similar in any other place. They sure spark imagination. The pointed rocks above that tall yucca almost look like praying hands...
Wonderful composition, almost symmetrical. The colours are nice and natural, although on my screen it looks like it has a bit of a reddish tint.
