Photographer’s Note
Location:
Joshua Tree National Park, South of South Entrance near Indio
Note:
It has been dry in So. Cal. for the past few years. This year we have decent needed rainfalls. It's lovely to see wonderful contrast of colors (indigo and yellow) and landscape (rocky desert mountains and blooming wildflowers). The yellow flowers are called "Gold Poppy" and the indigo called "Chia". Not in this photo is "Arizona Lupine". I'll post the picture of it later.
Happy Spring 2008 to all Trekkies!
