Photographer’s Note
End of October in California: due to traffic jam I could not reach Half Moon Bay with its famous pumpkin fair, but I stopped by a pumpkin patch along the road to the ocean.
Pumpkins are great subjects for photos, with their different shapes and colors. And they are good to eat too... ever tasted "risotto con salciccia e zucca" ? Yum...

Hi Marica,
what a beautiful warm light and nice various patterns and colours of the pumpkins... I like this shot very much. It seems so bright, when I'm looking at these pumpkins I'm smiling... :o)) This is one of my favourite vegetables.

Marica , molto bella , le zucche sembrano uscire dallo schermo , complimenti per la qualità della foto , anche composizione e colori sono molto belli , ... e la ricetta sembra molto appetitosa .
