hi animesh
i like the left half of the photo, the horse under the lights with the crowd , and the deep darkness, but for me for the figure on the right is taking up a bit too much of the frame.. a bit more distance and more visible form would work better for me.

Hi Animesh, I pretty like this one, the lights on the left are great as well as the Stetson on the right, this hat might even be more visible...

Nice work Animesh.

Very well seen & nicely composed shot.
Strong contrast & shining lights are really adding the intrest in remaining frame.
