Photographer’s Note

This picture was taken in the Julia Pfeiffer Park, in Big Sur, south of San Francisco. The place is incredible, I had never seen a waterfall falling on the beach (in the sea at high tide). Looks like a movie set. Loads of hikes to do around too. A nice spot to stop.

It truly is nice. and no people - that's another wonder...
The sky is unusually blue in the horizon (too much saturation) hence just one point.

This is so beautiful. I didnt notice the waterfall until I read your note. I am surprised there is not a hole in the sand at the bottom. I love this image thank you for sharing.

Wow what a gorgous place to get lost. Nice title Marie and the place looks like a wonderful place for a picnic beside the water. Nice and secluded setting. Is that a fresh water waterfall? What more could one need other than fresh water and Doritos! Good work!

i was pointing to the monitor when i saw the photo... i was there last summer! what a great capture and title. when were you there? i don't see the wild flowers in the foreground...

I must apologise for taking so long to get back to you. It's a very busy time of year for me and I haven't had much time to catch up with people but I hope to keep more up to date in the coming weeks.
You've captured this stunning scenery extremely well! There are so many things to see here! From the horizon to the foreground, the detail is incredible, the colours are wonderful, and the whole scene (with the exception of a small area of cliff on the far side of the bay) is nicely lit. Your image quality is first class too.

Hermosa playa, el sueño de todo bañista, un pequeño paraíso, la composición es acertada y los diferentes tonos del mar excelentes, quizás un poco mas de enfoque sería conveniente, felicidades por captar tan hermoso lugar.
