Part of the spectacular view, from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, near Grand Canyon Village. In this shot, I decided to include 2 intrepid photographers.

Hello Chris,
The photographers contribute to the mood in this fine composition of this famous natural landmark as well as giving a sense of scale. The tones and textures in the rocks are nicely rendered.

Hi Chris,
Great natural wonder, and a fine landscape image. The foreground is quite "contrasty" with bright and sharp shadows. Including the tourists adds an element of reality. TFs. Gerald

Hello Chris! A good decision in my eyes to include the photographers and bringing in a little nuance to what we have seen many times although for many of us it is a first time so Grand Canyon always stays fascinating, actually no matter how many times you return. Love the shot and how the couple is busy with taking pictures, moments we all know too well :))) wanting to make the best picture EVER. Very nice work ... Barbara.

Un endroit où il ne faut pas avoir le vertige. Un beau cuiel bleu issu d'un post processing qui semble efficace mais est un rien visible.
Un cadrage décentré de l'horizon, efficace.
Une grande profondeur.

Hi Chris,
I bet that a considerable part of the visitors of this place will bring a home a couple of snapshots with people posing in front of the unique view. On the other hand, maybe there aren't so much "more serious" photographers that think about people when they shoot. The fact is that those two look very well in the photo, and enhance the envy of the viewers for not being there with them also shooting. Very well composed and admirable technically in every aspect.

Hi Chris,

The presence of the photogrtaphers has an effect of scale. The point of of view is showing the details and colors of the Grand Canyon, it is also taking our eyes toward the horizon which is giving depth to the photo. The good luminosity is enhancing the colors of the scenery. Have a nice day.
