In 1909 funded by the Smithsonian, explorers searched the Grand Canyon for evidence of ancient Egyptian presence. Previously a miner had reported finding lost caves and hieroglyphs around the formation in this image.
The following mathematical theory as proof of ancients in the New World was in their report:
"The Isis Temple is mathematically connected to: slope angle of the Great Pyramid, derived height of Great Pyramid with capstone included, decimal harmonic of the East longitude of the Sphinx at Giza, decimal harmonic of the West longitude of the Chephren Pyramid at Giza, decimal harmonic of the tangent of arc-distance from Earth's equator to either pole radius of Moon ratio of radius of Stonehenge's Sarsen Circle and Radian degree, decimal harmonic of generic area of a circle, grid point value of the star Sirius, circa 2,000 A.D., grid point value of the star Regulus, east latitude in arc min., of the "Face" at Cydonia on Mars."
The Temple of Isis is located 5 miles north of Grand Canyon Village, along the South Rim Drive. Decide for yourself if the Egyptians carved this temple, or perhaps Nature with their engineering design assistance?

Hello dear friend
megalicious and fantastic capture

Good afternoon Ray,
Fabulous red stone rock, looks rally as a built temple.
Nature carved a beautiful formation, and the chosen perspective show this immaculately.
Have a nice holiday weekend,

You're capturing well this Rock surface of the Grand Canyon by a good angle and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the red layer of the rock formed by prolonged deposition. It is a mysterious natural creature. I do not know that this has relation with ancient Egyptian presence.

this rock look absolutely amazing even in miniature. The shape is unbelievable and the illusion of the temple building makes me wonder of the nature's ability to surprise us on every step. Super framing focusing entirely on the rock and well balanced colors.
Well done and TFS!

Happy Easter Ray,
Another stunning shot from your series. The shape is intriguing and echoes many early structures. The true beauty for me in this shot has to be the lighting, so soft and yet dramatic.
Thanks for sharing

My mamma would say it's the aliens! What a great note, something she would love to read. And a fantastic photo to accompany it. This mound is like the Mount in Jerusalem, but made by Mother Nature. Stunning golden light and those textures blow me away. What a great contribution to TE this is.
Happy Easter and I hope the Bunny comes good for you
PS: I'm off to the Great Barrier Reef soon, before our Government completely destroys it. See you later :)

Will comment this capture while waiting for a kind of Ra temple (joke)
Reading your note, finally found what I always believe transformed in a mathematical theory, as regarding old Pyramid in Egypt and Mexique
Another interesting subject to have in mind
The more I watch your photo, the more I got convinced of the theory, besides the impressive colors of Pyramid of rocks
Happy Easter time

I'd say there is close resemblance but this is more nature-made. Great lighting, it highlight the face of this mountain. Good details. Very well done, tfs.
